We have had a great start to tech. Tonight we start at the top of the show with the opening cast. We are hoping to make it all the way through the show tonight. Please be at GG's in costume, hair and makeup by 5pm.
Reminders:
No food or drink besides water is allowed in the theatre of GG's. If actors bring food they need to eat and drink backstage (preferably away from costumes).
Any actor that is moving set or lifting while the lights are up, need to wear all black on their off nights.
No jewelry is to be worn unless it is part of your costume. No jewelry for Camazotz.

Backstage Volunteer Information
Hello Wrinkle Parents -
Jennifer Battey and I are your Backstage Coordinators and we want to let you know that we still have openings for Backstage volunteers. If you have not signed up, please do so. We will be there every show to train you and notes will be provided backstage. This is a very easy show for backstage responsibilities and only requires reorganizing set pieces a few times and keeping actors quiet. We appreciate your help and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Week 9 Update
This summer has flown by and we are only two weeks away from tech! I do want to let you know that I will be on vacation from Thursday 8/4 to Friday 8/12. I will have my phone and will check my email daily but please be patient if you don't hear back right away.

Rehearsal, T-Shirt & Ticket Reminder
I just wanted to send a quick reminder that we back at rehearsal this Wednesday, 7/20 from 6-9pm. We will be working on finishing blocking the rest of the show.
Also T-shirt order forms and payment are due on Wednesday. T-shirts are $15 each and cash or checks payable to Heather Hangen.
